CUSTOMISED TRAINING SERVICE
1. English Language Training
ACE’s customised programs are designed in consultation with clients to ensure their specific training needs are met. Placement testing, development of specific curricula and materials, delivery of training, evaluation and reporting are key components of ACE’s successful customised training packages. Training can be delivered in English and Khmer depending on the needs of the client.
ACE tailors a timetable to accommodate work requirements and schedules of the participants. ACE’s customised training programs are the right choice because:

4. Other Services
Needs Analysis ACE conducts a needs analysis to ensure that the training delivered directly addresses the needs of the clients and participants. ACE then submits a comprehensive written proposal including the cost.
Placement Testing ACE conducts placement testing of the participants to ensure that the training is appropriate for their level of English or IT skills.
Curriculum A curriculum is developed to suit the identified needs of the clients and participants. The methodology is activity-based with a strong emphasis on communicative competence. All teaching is participant-centred and workplace-focused.
Assessment Ongoing consultation between ACE and the client ensures course outcomes meet the aspirations and needs of the client. Regular formal and informal assessment is conducted during the training.
Reporting ACE is committed to providing a detailed written report within 10 business days of the end of the term or completion of the contract.
Certificates Participants who have satisfied the attendance requirement and /or have successfully completed the course receive an ACE certificate.
Curriculum Consultancy Many organisations teach English internally to their staff but do not have the capacity to evaluate the effectiveness of their programs. ACE is experienced in evaluating internal English language programs, making recommendations, designing curricula, conducting teacher observations and feedback, teacher training, recruiting suitable teaching staff and generally providing professional advice on English language training and education.

ACE’s curriculum consulting services have been used by schools, universities, embassies and NGOs. As part of the curriculum consultancy service, ACE's Training & Testing Department can also conduct Teacher Training in English or Khmer language.
